CAN I ORDER PRODUCTS ON THE MYLIZAVETA.COM WEBSITE OR BY EMAIL?
You can order any products online, via email, telephone or in our store.
HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept payment through all major debit and credit cards, and PayPal. The charge will be in the same currency as the prices you see at checkout.
DO I PAY ANY TAXES?
The order total icludes VAT amount. If you order outside the United Kingdom, you are responsable for any additional taxes and airport duties in your country.
CAN I RETURN VAT BACK?
If you are eligble for VAT return, we are able to provide you with VAT return receipt.
CAN I PRE-ORDER OR HAVE A BESPOKE ORDER?
Most of our items can be made to order for additional charges. The final price will be confirmed in advance. Please, note that made to order item cannot be returned unless it is faulty.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Should you need to cancel your ordwr, please contact us as soon as possible. After the order has been prepared for shipping, it can no longer be cancelled.
CAN I HAVE PERSONAL STYLING ASSISTANCE?
We provide complimentary personal styling advice in our store, via email, live chat or over the phone.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
A Tracking Number will be assigned to your package as soon as it is shipped. You will receive an email containing the Tracking Number and a link to follow the delivery. On the shipping company website you will be able to verify the location and expected delivery date of the parcel.

We ship worldwide.
CAN I RETURN MY ITEM(S)?
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
On receipt of the parcel, we will verify the integrity of the items before accepting your return and issuing the refund. Kindly consider this process may take between 5 and 10 days.
The refund is issued directly to the original method of purchase, and in the same currency. Please note that we will refund the purchase price of the returned product(s), sales tax included, less the original shipping costs.
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we have requested the refund. The credit will be visible in your account within one week (for PayPal orders) or within one or two billing cycles (for credit card orders) from when you receive our email.
